It must have been in my blood. Growing up in Buckeye country, no one ever
doubted my allegiance. As a legacy student and lifelong supporter of
everything Penn State, I am rarely at a loss for words when it comes
to my alma mater. The one question that I struggle to answer, however,
is the one I hear most often... "Why are Penn Staters so loyal and
passionate?" It could be a myriad of things. In the end, I'll borrow
Joe Paterno's maxim of "actions speak louder than words." Today, the
old Penn State Club of Central NJ has been reborn through the
collective energy and spirit of loyal and passionate alumni, students,
family, and friends. I look forward to your participation and support
as we continue to move forward in making the Central New Jersey
Chapter the best Chapter for you! Thank you to everyone who has given
their time, energy, and suggestions. With your support, the best is
yet to come!
